There are multiple ways to gain a copy of your documents. You can email your travel consultant or get them directly through the app, which allows you to access your trip itineraries directly
We accept all major credit cards, P2P (Zelle, Venmo), checks, and cash.
*To get the best possible rate, we encourage you to book within the specified room block dates.
After you discuss your travel dates with family & friends you should be ready to make a deposit. Room deposit are typically $250 per person plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional).
We will be there for you where and when you need us—in-person, over the phone, email, and virtual video-consultation. Here is our calendar if you would like to book for yourself.
U.S. citizens under age 16 may present a birth certificate or alternative proof of citizenship when entering by land or sea. All travelers must have a passport book for international air travel. See: uscis.gov
Beach City Travel has an office in West Seattle in the ActivSpace building. You are familiar with the building if you live in the area.
